Matthew Holberton

Mr. Holberton is a Principal within Ares Wealth Management Solutions, which oversees Ares' client management activities in the global wealth channel. Prior to joining Ares in 2025, Mr. Holberton was a National Sales Manager - Listed & Alternative Investments at Fidante, a global multi-affiliate funds management business, where he focused on capital raising activities for credit products. Previously, Mr. Holberton was an Associate Director within the distribution team at Pinnacle Investment Management, a global multi-affiliate investment management firm, where he focused on regional responsibilities across Victoria and Tasmania. Mr. Holberton holds a B.Com. from The University of Melbourne in Finance. He is a CFA® Charterholder.
