Prior to joining Ares in 2024, Mr. Koga was a Director at Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd., where he focused on both private placement and public placement fund business, covering both private asset and liquid asset funds. Mr. Koga holds a B.A. from Tohoku University in Philosophy and an M.B.A. from International University of Japan. Mr. Koga is a CFA® charterholder.
