Mr. DeLao is a Vice President and Regional Director within Ares Wealth Management Solutions, which oversees Ares' client management activities in the global wealth channel. Prior to joining Ares in 2022, Mr. DeLao was a Vice President in the Institutional Group at Federated Hermes, where he focused on institutional relationship management. Previously, Mr. DeLao was a Vice President at American Century Investments, where he focused on investment distribution to both institutional and intermediary clients. Mr. DeLao holds a B.A. from Lyon College in Psychology and an M.S. from Mississippi State University in Clinical Psychology. Mr. DeLao is a CFA® and CAIA charterholder.
