Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Ms. Florence was a Vice President at Jackson National, where she focused on partnering with advisors and clients to provide tax deferral and retirement income solutions. Ms. Florence holds a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in Sport Management. Ms. Florence holds a CAIA designation.
